Engaging with our yacht charter or using our Service constitutes your acknowledgment and agreement to these Terms. Access to the Service will not be permitted should you reject any part of the terms.
2. Service Overview
At NeutralInformationIndex, we offer an assortment of premium yacht charter services including:
- Yacht charters for a day
- Twilight sea voyages
- Corporate getaways
- Exclusive events
- Voyages extending several days
Availability and weather conditions are essential for all services. We maintain the right to alter or discontinue any service at our discretion.
3. Reservation and Bookings
3.1 Booking Steps
Charter reservations must be done as follows:
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Provision of complete and truthful information
- Advance payment of the stipulated deposit noted in your confirmation
- Consent to abide by these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Booking Confirmation
Confirmation of your booking is secured once the payment is made and we have issued a written confirmation. We retain the discretionary right to decline service to anyone.
3.3 Charter Availability
Charters rely on the availability of vessels and favorable weather conditions. We commit to reasonable efforts to cater to your preferred scheduling.
4. Payment Conditions
4.1 Rates
All our rates are presented in € and cover all relevant taxes unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to variations without prior notification.
4.2 Payment Process
- Initial Deposit: 50% of the full charter fee, due upon reservation
- Remaining Balance: Owed 48 hours prior to the charter's departure
- Any additional fees: To be paid following the charter's end
4.3 Modes of Payment
We facilitate payments through several methods, including major credit cards, bank wires, and certified cheques. All payment processing is conducted using secure, encrypted technology.
5. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy
5.1 If You Cancel
- If cancelled over 72 hours before departure: Full reimbursement excluding service charges
- If cancelled between 24 and 72 hours before departure: Half of the amount will be refunded
- If cancelled less than 24 hours before departure: No refund will be given
5.2 Cancellations Due to Adverse Weather
In instances of unsafe weather as determined by our captain, we shall propose to:
- Move your booking to an alternative available date at no extra expense
- Issue a complete refund if another date cannot be arranged
5.3 Vessel Malfunction
Should there be any technical issues with the designated yacht, we will strive to supply an appropriate replacement. In the absence of an alternative, a full refund will be issued.
6. Conduct and Safety
6.1 Safety Guidelines
All guests must:
- Abide by the instructions of the crew
- Utilize safety gear when stipulated
- Inform about any health conditions that may impact their safety
- Stay within the designated areas on board
6.2 Restrictions on Board
Prohibited items on the yacht include:
- Containers made of glass
- Illegal substances
- Weapons of any kind
- Pets, unless they have prior approval
6.3 Guest Behavior
Guests are expected to behave respectfully. A charter may be terminated earlier without a refund if the behavior of any passenger creates a risk to safety or detracts from other guests' experience.
7. Liability and Indemnity
7.1 Our Responsibility
We limit our liability to the payment received for your charter. We are not liable for:
- Personal injuries emanating from passenger negligence
- Loss or destruction of personal belongings
- Indirect or punitive damages
- Delays originating from weather or beyond our control
7.2 Coverage of Insurance
We sustain extensive marine insurance that covers both our vessels and operations. Travel and personal insurance is the responsibility of the guests.
7.3 Acceptance of Risk
You recognize that engaging in maritime activities inherently carries risks and you accept to be accountable for ensuring your personal safety and health.
8. Adjustments and Itinerary Variations
We retain the right to adjust itineraries, routes, and schedules because of weather, safety considerations, or operational needs. We will endeavor to provide comparable alternatives whenever possible.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be accountable for delays, changes, or cancellations brought about by circumstances beyond our influence, including:
- Extreme weather situations
- Natural disasters
- Regulations by the government
- Closures of ports
- Technical failures
10. Confidentiality and Information Security
You agree that your personal data will be managed according to our Privacy Policy, and you consent to the collection and utilization of your data as stipulated there.
11. Intellectual Property Rights

12. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are regulated by the laws in force in Monaco. Any dispute will be adjudicated by the courts located in Monte Carlo, Monaco.
